Return Eligibility

Refund Process
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Since Precision Idea accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds will be issued through a mutually agreed refund method after verification of the returned product and customer information.
Replacement Policy
If an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
Replacement requests approved after inspection are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as a defective or incorrect item, we may cover the return shipping costs.

Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are prepared for shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery if eligible.
